problem adding two different apps

I am unable to add the following packages

https://github.com/IacobIonut01/Gallery
https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm

When I enter either of the addresses to follow/track, then click test, it finds the app version and name. The dot package name is and the + button cant be clicked.

What can I do?
