Adding gene annotations

Hi, I've generated contact heatmaps successfully from mcool files.
I wonder if there is a way to add gene annotations to the generated heatmaps?

Hi @mannekim, not yet,but it's definitely something I want to implement. I will let you know if I happen to make it work. In the meantime, I could recommend playing around with Gviz?
