Support for Chromazon3

Firstly great add-on and description as to how to set this up - works great!

In my system the light on/off does not work as I have a Chromazon3, which is a separate light control module (also connected to the serial bus).

I see another person with this system has already figured out how to control this - see ccutrer/balboa_worldwide_app#31

Can this be added to the Home Assistant add-in?

Unfortunately I no longer have a hot tub so am unable to test any new enhancements to this module. If anyone in the community wants to take a crack at it, I'd be happy to review a pull request.
