Describe the bug

The meeting schedule for Open Community Working Meetings is described differently on two pages of the website, creating confusion for community members trying to find the correct time.

Pages affected

• Homepage (/): "Open Community Working Meetings are every third Monday of the month at 12:00 PT"
• Community page (/community): "Open Community Working Meetings are every Monday at 14:00 PT"

These descriptions conflict on two points:

1. Frequency — "every third Monday" vs "every Monday"
2. Time — 12:00 PT vs 14:00 PT

Steps To Reproduce

1. Visit https://json-schema.org/ and scroll to the "Community Meetings & Events" section
2. Visit https://json-schema.org/community and read the meeting schedule description
3. Compare the two — they do not match

Expected Behavior

Both pages should display the same, accurate schedule that matches the official Google Calendar.
