Hi Guglielmo, I created flowUtils back in 2008, but I no longer have the bandwidth to keep maintaining it, so couple months, I asked BioConductor dev team to deprecate and eventually remove flowUtils from BioConductor unless they can find someone else who could take over the maintenance. So I think that's what you are running into. Having said that, we were able to refactor the ezDAFi plugin in FlowJo so that it no longer depends on the flowUtils R/BioConductor package. We want to do some more testing, but will be posting it on the FlowJo Exchange soon.
