Huge tropo corrections at very low elevations

I see unreasonably large tropo corrections at elevations close to zero in TLSG00FRA_R_20240010100_15M_01S_MO.csv:

The elevation of that satellite is 0.0004 degrees. Does prx's tropo model have a lower elevation bound?
