Using Image mixer offline

I cant seem to use it offline, I installed it but then ** Failed to connect to ec2.gradio.app:22: [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

I dont want to connect to any server.
