After updating VS from 16.3.10 to 16.8.4
there always appears dialog when I open my solution
If I click 'Да'(Yes) VS will reset source control plugin to internal git.
If I click 'Нет'(No) VS will keep source control plugin as EZ-Git.
In old VS version there no dialogues
