Streaming Vocoder?

Do you have any insight if any of these vocoders can stream? I am currently attempting to adapt Hifi-Gan to be multi-band and streamable following this paper https://arxiv.org/pdf/2206.07288.pdf 

Would be great to hear your insight on this!
