Remove the workaround for extracting deployment transaction in `upgradeProxy`

Issue with missing deploymentTransaction we fixed in #46 should no longer exist when OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-upgrades#874 will be merged.

Let's update the hardhat-upgrades package and remove the workaround.
