Create an OSS SDK for Claude Computer Use <> Playwright

It'd be helpful to wrap our Claude CU <> Playwright implementation in an SDK to more easily access its capabilities in other sample apps. It could be agnostic to Kernel's platform, and therefore broadly useful to anyone who wants to connect CU with a remote browser via cdp.

This should exist in a standalone repository- contact @juecd if interested in supporting this.
