Please help me rid of "Background Items Added" message #12

Hi, I deleted https://assembl.app/ recently simply by removing it from the Application folder and am left with it listed as an app allowed to run in the background. Normally I wouldn't bother, but anytime I log in, a notification appears about that app being added to the background items. Given that the launch at login functionally of that app is backend with this utility, I thought I would turn to you for recommendations on how to rid of the annoying message.
