Polybar crashing Rainmeter with any customisation

Saw the other comment down that said a PC restart fixed it, however made no difference for me. I used Polybar on my PC perfectly before, however after downloading on a factory install it no longer works.

I was getting the same issue, so i installed an older version of rainmeter. it doesn't crash no more

I tried downloading the older version and it's still crashing for me, unfortunately.

Crashed on the 4.2 Version
restarting my pc doesn't do anything
