Would u consider to allow marking issues, but also repos and PRs as 'ignored/stale' (or a better naming)?
The intent is to remove them from the primary views (mentioned, review requested, assigned) i.e. if I have opened an issue and it does not get addressed for a long time, I would want to filter it out to keep the primary views clean with actual issues that matter and occasionally revisit the ignored/stale ones.
Similar idea for repos and PRs.
Persistence might be in a user/local configuration/ignore file?
