Taking up too much memory

Describe the bug
After enabling this extension, the memory usage of process "Code Helper (Plugin)" quickly grew to over 9GB.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the extension
2. Eating up to 9.5GB of memory and soon drop to around 2GB

I have performed an Extension Bisect and confirmed that the problem is indeed caused by this extension.

I have loaded my default notebook into the extension and here is what I am seeing, far less than your usage...
