At Kaladin we are building a cross chain state channel based liquidity network to allow for fast and cheap transactions that are blockchain agnostic. Before launching on mainnet and recruiting liquidity providers, we want to create a mock network on a handful of different chains to stress test our product. One of these chains is Kovan. We are requesting kETH (somewhere on the order of 100 - 1000 kETH) to support the publishing of escrow contracts and providing ERC tokens to our clients who are running our protocol.
