Add SPIR-V modules for tracer tests that require them #32
Description
Some tests need a SPIR-V module to run. These are currently not in tree and as such, tests like clBuildProgramWithILTest that need them are always skipped.
- Commit SPIR-V modules (asm source or binary)
- Handle path composition so the modules are not expected in the current directory
