add dotfiles integration

Once the applications are installed, they need to be configured. To some extends, this can be done using dotfiles. Additional research needed to decide how to handle dotfiles (see https://dotfiles.github.io/).

This repo should not embed dotfiles, but the automated installation process should be able to retrieve and apply them.

💡 storing the dotfiles on the GitHub user repo (e.g: https://github.com/kral2/kral2) seems to be a good place to store dotfiles.
