Batch Editor should mimick Napari

To minimize user confusion, the batch editor should somewhat be structured like in Napari.

#440 must be finished first!

Maybe the editor can also be integrated into the napari gui?
Could be in the new batch tab with sub-tabs on the top for i/o + tasks and show tasks top to bottom.
