Feature request: SSL certificate validation

Hi,

It would be awesome if willitconnect could validate the SSL certificate presented when connecting to HTTPS websites. This could be used to check if custom Root CA has been properly distributed and picked up by java-buildpack 3.7+.

in slack we had a quick chat, request is for an additional line in the payload that calls out validation failures as specific failures vs 'cant connect' for https connections.
