[Bug]: 31 orphaned subtasks have no parentId (T726-T751 and others) #38
Description
What happened?
31 subtask-type tasks have no parentId. These appear to be from an early RCSD pipeline decomposition (T726-T751) and early agent exploration (T1101-T1106). They should either be re-parented or archived.
