Hi,
in the std.output, there is this message showing up:
MathOverflow - too small stddev of library (12.7258430875bp) compared to the mean (465.185476795bp) - check distribution.

Should I be concerned about this? I determined the stddev of the libraries by mapping with BWA, and the value is similar (the std is very narrow due to a stringent size selection).
Thanks,
Ray
