What happened:
In VirtControllerDown runbook description of detection time is wrong.
In https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/blob/9b34e90da5e8e6c9a6a90da58e3368286a8d4ae0/pkg/monitoring/rules/alerts/virt-controller.go#L56 we can see the detection time is 10 min but here it is written 5 min
