Broken Cassandra Links (and Supporting Content)

The cassandra documentation has a number of issues.

1. The paragraph above https://kudo.dev/docs/runbooks/cassandra/installing.html#required-permissions
   has a section

Check out the "configuration" section in the "managing" page for help with changing an existing operator instance's parameters and the operating page for help with managing Cassandra operators and their underlying Cassandra cluste

that needs to be rewritten... the first link in that paragraph is https://kudo.dev/docs/runbooks/cassandra/managing.html#configuration which doesn't exist an likely should be https://kudo.dev/docs/runbooks/cassandra/managing.html#updating-parameters (but I lack confidence in that replacement.)

The second link is to a page that doesn't exist and is 404 https://kudo.dev/docs/runbooks/cassandra/operating.html

2. The managing page has a number of issues: https://kudo.dev/docs/runbooks/cassandra/managing.html
   The TOC references #kudo-controllermanager-logs which doesn't exist

3. the monitoring page https://kudo.dev/docs/runbooks/cassandra/monitoring.html has a reference to ../operator/templates/service-monitor.yaml#L7) which doesn't exit
