[Bug]: Search filters reset unexpectedly after page refresh

Bug summary

Applied search filters are lost after refreshing the page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Practice page
2. Apply multiple filters
3. Refresh browser
4. Observe filters reset

Expected behavior

Selected filters should persist after refresh.

Actual behavior

All filters return to default state.
