Map pins not working

Hi!

Really love your plugin, works like a charm except for the map pins.
using /pin (or any subcommands) don't do anything.

Already manually created the pins.csv so the log won't tell me the file doesn't exist but that didn't change anything either.

Also, is it possible to render the map in a higher resolution? Changing texture_size messed it up drastically, and when changing pixel_size the map looks gorgeous but it's zoomed in way to far (walking a few meters will make the map render outside the blue radius)

I have not been able to get map pins working in any version. No errors in logs from both client and server. Nothing happens when you type the command.
