Rename pollination folder to hbJSON-sample-files

I think the folder for hbJSON files should be named similar to other folders and based on the filename. It's currently named as `pollination` but I think `hbjson-sample-files` is a better name. 

I did not change the folder name as I think it will break all the links that are looking for the file under the current name. It will be good to rename the folder at some point though.
