Could Not Find the Class in the Project

I was using your project but I could not find the ColourFill.java due to which i am not able to compile this project. This class has been used Inside the ColorActivity.

Add below method in your ColorActivity.java file

public native void floodFill(Bitmap bitmap, int x, int y, int fillColor, int targetColor, int tolerance);

public native void redo(Bitmap bitmap, int fillColor, int targetColor, int tolerance);

And call this method directly instead of mColourFill.floodFill()

The simplest way.
Create a Class ColourFill.java
and then put these two Methods inside as @Dhaval2404 mentioned.
public native void floodFill(Bitmap bitmap, int x, int y, int fillColor, int targetColor, int tolerance);
public native void redo(Bitmap bitmap, int fillColor, int targetColor, int tolerance);

And its Done! The code will be complied and work now.
