Langflow upgrade to 1.9, including bug fixes, upgrading the Docling version to 1.15.1 and upgrading the OpenSearch component.

Branch: fix/docling_upgrade

Ingestion flow was updated with the newer versions of the Langflow 1.9.0 components.
Docling Manager updated to work with the newer Docling version.

Need to update the other flows now

Latest Langflow nightly (langflow 1.9.0.dev38) already has all of the fixes necessary.
Upgrade branch is ready.
