recon/domains-contacts/whois_pocs module is not giving results and 'domains' database is filled with 170 domains.

This module uses the ARIN Whois service, and if what I'm seeing is correct, it looks like this service is either down or no longer functional. Using the ARIN Web Service doesn't seem to yield results for any domains, and I think this module is just using the API version.

Also the recon-ng Marketplace might be a better place for this issue? looks like someone has already raised this over there
