Issue differentiating TIMESTAMP && TIMESTAMPTZ in ODBC connection

There is no way to differentiate between SQL TIMESTAMP & TIMESTAMP with TIMEZONE.

This causes an issue and no timezone format is supported in result set.

Are we supporting this ? or is there a solution available for this.
