Archive inactive Open Source Internship Programs on the Careers page

On the Careers Internship page (/careers/internships), inactive internship programs such as **CommunityBridge ** and **MLH Fellowship Program ** are displayed alongside active programs. This can confuse visitors into thinking these programs are still available.

During the Layer5 newcomers meeting and subsequent Slack discussion, maintainers confirmed that these programs should not be removed, but instead be marked as Archived, similar to the existing Google Season of Docs (Archived) entry.

Expected Behavior

Update inactive internship programs to follow the existing archived format by:

• Mark **CommunityBridge ** as Archived.
• Mark **MLH Fellowship Program ** as Archived.
• Preserve these programs as historical records instead of removing them.
• Follow the same presentation used for Google Season of Docs (Archived).
