In the old KB we combine mailbox creation steps with what mail handling features are available. As per #1 I think we need to make the replacement article focus more purely on the mail features/functionality rather than how to configure things.
However, we also need to explain how to configure a mailbox. My current proposal would be to create these:
- Cloud VPS > Email > Mailbox configuration
- Cloud VPS > Email > Mailbox configuration > Outlook
- Cloud VPS > Email > Mailbox configuration > Thunderbird
- Cloud VPS > Email > Mailbox configuration > Mac Mail
- Cloud VPS > Email > Mailbox configuration > Android (Gmail)
- Cloud VPS > Email > Mailbox configuration > iPhone
Broadly based off Plesk Admnistrator's Guide Access your mailbox and similar articles on our old KB.
(We should also cover autodiscover as documented in the above link)
I'm looking for comments on the above - does it seem reasonable, or is it overkill to have this many separate documents / do we not really need to provide screenshots for each individual email client? Maybe it's enough to just have the raw settings + autodiscover these days?
