disable channel login / note to users who try to login #1057

We don't want people creating channels on spee.ch directly, send them over to lbry.tv

if a user tries to login to a channel/pw (we can grab DB if needed), send them a message to reach out to hello@lbry.com with the info to get control of the channel/claims.
