Incorrect Collider for Thumb Temp Base Prim in USD

Brief

I was observing the provided USD in IsaacSim and seems there's a misplaced collider for the thumb_temp_base prim. Have attached a screenshot below. IMO this can cause sim2real issues

I have added a fix at https://github.com/soham2560/LEAP_Hand_Isaac_Lab-fork/tree/fix/leapusd with fixed colliders, but unfortunately can't put a PR as this repo has not been setup with LFS
