[Bug]: 0.4.8 数据没有全部迁入 0.5.4

现在使用的 0.4.8 版本，升级到0.5.4 ,但是只有部分数据可以在0.5.4 中显示，部分数据迁移过程丢失，请问有什么办法可以把0.4.8 的数据完整迁入 0.5.4 呢？

Steps to reproduce

1. 安装0.5.4
2. 将data 从0.4.8 拷贝到 0.5.4 数据目录
3. 数据显示不完整

0.4.6 升级到 0.5.4 所有的提示词都丢失了，不得不退回. 有什么办法可以升级到最新，不丢失之前的提示词吗？ 之前大版本更新都有这种情况发生.
