[Bug]: OpenCode的rules路径不正确

What happened?

opencode的目前默认的路径是：C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Roaming\opencode\AGENTS.md，但正确的路径应该是：C:\Users\用户名\.config\opencode\AGENTS.md

What did you expect?

应该调整为正确的扫描路径：C:\Users\用户名\.config\opencode\AGENTS.md

此外，opencode的agent的默认根目录路径应该是%USERPROFILE%\.config\opencode，而不是%APPDATA%\opencode

Fixed in local main: OpenCode now uses %USERPROFILE%.config\opencode on Windows, matching the expected AGENTS.md location.
