[Bug]: Github API 触发请求限额，未找到设置项

What happened?

如题触发限额了。我也查阅了 issue 发现有一个类似问题已经有代码合并，但是我在正式版本和最新的测试版都没有找到，我看变动记录也有说明有设置项，但是没找到

What did you expect?

没有限额或者是可以设置自己的 Token

直接使用 git 拉取 skill 就会触发
