[Bug]: 0.5.8版本，从Git仓库安装skill时，只下载了SKILL.md文件，其他文件没有下载

What happened?

新建skill ->从Git仓库安装。能够找到Skill，并安装。但只下载了SKILL.md文件，其他的例如脚本，资源之类的文件都没有下载。这是个严重的bug，请及时修复。

可以用github上的这两个Skill进行测试：

https://github.com/op7418/guizang-ppt-skill

同时，如果使用npx skills add指令，例如：npx skills add https://github.com/lewislulu/html-ppt-skill ，则可以正确下载所有资源
