Redesign Deadlines

Problem:

• The current Deadlines view is too simple to be useful.

Proposal:

• A new "Timeline" view, including a horizontal scroll that has a time axis.
• Each row will be one event, showing a bar spanning the length of the deadline.
• [advanced] Different events can be on the same row as long as their timespans are far away enough.
• The current time is shown as a vertical line. Progress on events can still be indicated by clicking.
• Progress will be shown as colors on the bars: green, completed; blue, in progress and on time; yellow; in progress and behind schedule; red, urgent (near deadline).
