[Feature Request] Add send and archive button to popup

Currently send and archive button only shows for inline reply, is it possible to add it to the email popup? Currently only option I see is with this chrome extension and $12/yr for one feature is a bit much.

Whoa, crazy that Gmail doesn't show the button when you pop-out the reply.

That other extension is not very smart about how it supports Send+Archive. It just clicks on the "Archive" button after the message is sent. The problem with that is if you have gone to a different message.

I could probably add this to Simplify but it would be better to silently fail in that case instead of mindlessly archiving the open message.

I agree on all of your points....and I just tested the extension again and it actually doesn't seem to be working anyway (button doesn't show up for me). But I didn't realize that's all it did in the background, so that's definitely not a smart way to do it, I agree that silently failing would be better. Let me know if you see a way to add this functionality in a better way.

So it's technically doable, attached is a standalone chrome extension that adds a Send & Archive button to the popout compose window. I take no credit for the extension beyond prompt writing as it was built using VB Code Copilot (Claude Sonnet 4.6).

Currently works fine running alongside Simplify.
