feat: support Agent Team collaboration #2

Overview

Implement multi-agent collaboration capabilities to support Agent Team functionality.

Requirements

Features

  1. Multi-Agent Coordination

    • Support multiple agents working together
    • Task delegation between agents
    • Shared context and state management
  2. Team Communication

    • Agents can communicate with each other
    • Message passing between team members
    • Centralized coordination hub
  3. Role-Based Agents

    • Different agent roles with specific responsibilities
    • Role assignment and management
    • Permission control per role
  4. Skills System (Currently Missing)

    • No centralized skill registry
    • Skills are not reusable across agents
    • No skill loading/discovery mechanism
    • Skills cannot be dynamically loaded at runtime
  5. Proactive Capabilities (Currently Missing)

    • No autonomous task initiation
    • No scheduled/cron jobs support
    • No event-driven automation
    • Agents cannot respond to environmental changes automatically
    • No self-triggering workflows based on conditions
  6. Event & Trigger System (Currently Missing)

    • No event bus for inter-component communication
    • No trigger conditions definition
    • No environment monitoring (CPU, memory, network, etc.)
    • No automatic recovery mechanisms

User Scenario

User: /team deploy
Team: [Architect] - Designing deployment plan
      [Engineer] - Implementing deployment
      [QA]       - Verifying deployment

Automated scenario:
- Cron: Every morning at 9:00, agent checks system health
- Event: When CPU > 80%, trigger cleanup agent
- Event: When error log detected, trigger alert agent
- Condition: If deployment fails 3 times, notify team lead
