When using BT360Deploy in "update" mode it is possible to end up with "orphaned" receive locations, send ports, orchestrations. For example, this can happen if you rename a receive location from a previous deployment.
It would be great if BT360Deploy had an option flag to remove any orphaned items when deploying an application in release mode.
