Fix Jumbo class and windowing manager

Jumbo.setNewLaunchConfig(), Jumbo.setFullscreen(), and Jumbo.close() are completely broken. With the current version, it will be very difficult to fix. A rewrite may be necessary. This rewrite should also be modular, to include different windowing systems, like Java Swing and glfw.
