Can we change Hello screen to Home through libideviceactivation. Actually I am trying to change hello screen to home screen but libideviceactivation only activate nothing happens.

No, this is the equivalent of bypassing an iDevice, I don't really know the rules for this repository but I'll advice to google r/setupapp.
