Tracking: TrueNAS Apps community catalog listing (truenas/apps#5500)

Tracks the LibreDB Studio app submission to the TrueNAS SCALE community catalog, so progress is visible from this repo (same pattern as #171 / #213).

The TrueNAS catalog (truenas/apps) requires an App Request issue first, then a PR to ix-dev/community/. Catalog files are prepared and tested locally with docker compose (renders with the 2.3.8 library, installs and passes the healthcheck as the non-root apps user 568, login works, data persists). Runs non-root, no host mounts, no extra capabilities.
