Add support to expose recoverable records

Error parsing Container_16 table. Attached python sample of error case:

lib returns 0 as a count of records for definite table.
ESEDatabaseView tool parses this table fine, displaying 357 records inside.

Sounds like a bug, I'll have a look.

So the values that remain in this table are marked as defunct (deleted). When recovering the database with eseutil, and running against Windows native engine the table is empty. It looks ESEDatabaseView is ignoring this flag.

I'll mark this as enhancement to see if I can add support to expose defunct records, via a different function to make clear they are defunct.
