When the page http://localhost:10100/ was at background , my Claude code always report:
Error: Agent terminated early due to an API error: API Error: 400 upstream error (400): {"detail":"The 'claude-haiku-4-5-20251001' model is not supported when using Codex with a ChatGPT account."}

Reproduction

1. Start ocx claude
2. Put the page http://localhost:10100/ in the background of Microsoft Edge
3. Use for a long time
4. Claude Code report: Error: Agent terminated early due to an API error: API Error: 400 upstream error (400): {"detail":"The 'claude-haiku-4-5-20251001' model is not supported when using Codex with a ChatGPT account."}
5. After I open the page http://localhost:10100/#integrations/claude in the foreground , the problem was resolved.

I checked current dev. Browser visibility only pauses or resumes dashboard polling in gui/src/client-resource.ts; model routing is server-side. There is no code path where bringing the integrations page to the foreground changes the model for an existing Claude Code request. The 400 does show that an unmapped native helper request for claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 reached the ChatGPT or Codex route, so we need the routing state at the failure.

Please provide:

• the redacted claudeCode config fields model, smallFastModel, modelMap, tierModels, and the native or passthrough toggle;
• the Debug page inbound-route row or logs for one failing request and one request after foregrounding, including inbound model and selected provider/model;
• whether ocx claude and the dashboard point to the same proxy PID and port, and whether any config save occurred when the tab returned to the foreground;
• the exact Claude Code and OpenCodex versions.
