can not load dll in windows server

i met a problem when using mt4-redis

1. i download the project ,and build it by vs2010 vc++ in my local machine(64bit windows 8).
   and it works in a mt4 EA.

2. but after copying it to a windows server 2012,
   my mt4 says: can not load "c:\users...\MT4Redisplugin.dll" when loading a ea.

anyone ideas about it ? many thanks.

it's OK now.
i rebuilt the project with release mode.
