i can`t use E2FGVI-HQ in windows10

This is the relevant information about automatically downloading the E2FGVI-HQ model. Is this because my local operating system is Windows 10 but my computer only has a CPU instead of a GPU, causing this issue? This is a screenshot of the error message on the interface.
